About Me
I recently finished university, studying architecture. I’m looking for a weekday baby sitting job in London. I love looking after children as I grew up looking after my siblings (four) and my cousins. This made me mature from a young age and helped me have an insight on what caring for a child would be like. I am an active person and I believe that it keeping children active is vital.
My Experience
Camp Beaumont group leader- In the summer of 2021, I worked at a children's camp held at both the UCS Sports Ground in West Hampstead and the Harrow School campus. In this role, I was responsible for the care and entertainment of over 60 children each day, engaging them in various activities for nine hours daily. This experience provided me with the opportunity to work with a diverse group of children, including those with different abilities and special educational needs (SEN). Through this, I developed a deeper understanding of how to cater to the unique needs of each child, ensuring that all participants had a positive and inclusive camp experience.
Nursery assistant- I currently work at Twisty Tails Nursery in Stanmore, where I have gained extensive experience in childcare, particularly with children aged 10 months to 4 years old. My role involves creating a safe and nurturing environment where children can learn and grow, developing essential skills through play and structured activities. I have honed my ability to manage various developmental stages, from supporting infants in their early milestones to preparing older children for the transition to school. Working at Twisty Tails has allowed me to deepen my understanding of child development and build strong, supportive relationships with both children and their families.
