I contacted Catarina for a one evening job. She initially told me she was available for the day I needed, we arranged a meeting before the planned day and she never showed up.
Every one can have last minute problems and a simple message could have been enough.
She could also said “I don’t want the job” and I would have understood it.
I wrote her a few messages and she although she saw the messages, she never replied.
Not a professional behaviour.
