My Requirements
We are looking for someone to look after our 1 year old at our house for a few nights a month while we are working. The start time would between 3pm - 6pm and finish time would be between 00:00 and 3am (this would be known and agreed upon in advance as this is dependant on where we are working). We would be looking for this person to give her dinner, do bedtime routine and put her to bed and then would be staying at our house until we are home.
