Right from the moment we met Jennie we knew she was the right person. She is so warm and genuine and my 2 girls took to her straight away. They get so excited when they know Jennie is coming to look after them. She's been looking after them for four months now, the baby was 10 months old and my older one was just over 3 when she started looking after them and they both settled really well in her company. Nothing phases Jennie as she has so much experience and she is very understanding when days or times change due to our work shift changes. Honestly don't know what we would do without her!
