I am married and live with my family in Fishcross. I am just thinking of returning to work since having my daughter in 2017. I am really looking to return more in a mother’s help type role offering a few hrs help and support. I am a kind ,caring, trustworthy person who has greatly enjoyed working with children in a variety of childcare settings. From 2002 -2011 I worked as Childcare Manager of the Treehouse creche at Macrobert Art Centre. From Feb 2012 to July 2013 I worked as a full-time nanny for a lovely family in Dunblane ( left due to change in circumstances). From August 2013 to 2017 ( when my child was born) I worked for three families looking after their children before, in between and after school Mon - Fri and I registered as self employed. I will re register as self employed and register for my PVG to be updated as required now that I am looking to returning to work.
I consider myself to be a hard working, caring, reliable and trustworthy individual. For the 9yrs I worked in Macrobert's creative arts space for children aged between 6wks and 12 yrs, I greatly enjoyed encouraging children to develop skills in creative arts, this would be something I would love to continue with if of interest to children in my care. I have loved every second of being a nanny since leaving Macrobert.
I am a non smoker, I have a full driving license and own transport.
My Experience
I have 17 yrs experience working with children and have worked as supply nursery nurse, senior nursery nurse in a private nursery and as manager of Treehouse Creche at Macrobert Art Centre. I have worked with children all of my working life and can't imagine wanting to do anything else. My long term position as crehce manager allowed me to continue working hands on day to day with the children in my care and work on neccessary paper work in the afternoon.
From February 2012 - July 2013 I worked for a lovely family in Dunblane, during this time I looked after one child enjoying fun filled days going to various pre school classes such as, baby sensory, toddler group, pre school arts and jumpin beans! Other activities include, arts and craft in childs home, many a woodland walk and play and lots of splashing in puddles on rainy days! I also enjoyed working for two families since August 2013 -2017 looking after their children before and after school ,having fun baking and creating lovely craft work! ( also helping out with snacks and homework.) In June 2015 -2017 I started working for a third family looking after their child in between school drops offs and pick ups.
My Qualifications
I have a HNC in Childcare & Education and a PDA in Childcare & Education, I also have gained training on child protection & consulting with children 3yrs and under.
My Availability
As I am just returning to work as my child is now at school my availability will be during school hrs 9.30 - 2pm depending on your proximity as I need to collect my child from school. Please do get in touch if you are only looking for a couple of hrs.

Lisa has been our nanny since my son was 8 months old. We are sorry to be loosing her due to our change in circumstances. She is caring, trustworthy, creative and very kind. She has been wonderful with our son, who always likes to be on the go. She has taken him on many a walk, baby class, toddler group etc. We have unpredictable jobs and work long days so Lisa has become like a part of my sons family. We owe a lot to Lisa, her tireless work with him has help male in into a very happy and contented little boy.
If you are looking for a nanny then I would not loll any further. Lisa is an excellent choice!
