Hi,
I have recently decided to leave teaching and I am looking to use my skills in other ways, I am a parent of two children aged 10 and 13 and would love to share my knowledge of parenting through nannying, baby sitting, childminding or mothers help as well as my vast teaching experience through tutoring and working with special needs children over the years, I feel I have a lot to offer in various roles to suit you and your family's needs.
I have been an Early Years practitioner with 22 years experience of teaching in KS1 and KS2. I can offer tuition for children looking to prepare for SATs in year 2. Also if your child needs a boost in basic reading and writing skills or maths then I can help assess where they are at and help them reach their potential. I have experience in the new government initiative READ WRITE INC, in teaching phonics and am fully aware of the New National Curriculum requirements of teaching Maths, so can help your child prepare for what is expecting of them for the following year at school. So if your child is about to start school or you feel they would benefit from extra support I can help them prepare in phonics, counting and number recognition, comprehension and Maths.
