About Me
I am a childminder and I have a 2-3 day space for 1-5 year olds from September. Having worked as a teacher, I have been planning setting up a childminding business since my eldest, who is now is school, was born. My youngest was born in October 21 and so I decided to change careers. I wanted it to be a place where children can enjoy idyllic childhoods; with lots of time spent outdoors, jumping in puddles, participating in forest school, visiting farms and other playgroups/ activities. I provide the children with healthy and delicious home cooked meals. At Bright Starts the children have an opportunity to learn a second language - french. Children learn languages much easier at a young age, when it is natural for them to do so, when their brains are wired to learn languages. The benefits of bilingualism are widely documented. The children also benefit from best available educational resources and curriculum to ensure each child can reach their full potential.

I have several years experience of working as a teacher and I have two children of my own.
