About Me
I am married with 2 kids - 10yo girl and a nearly 8yo boy and we live in Sway. My husband and I both work full-time on a hybrid basis. I am an in-house lawyer and need to go the office (London) 3x a week. My husband also needs to be in the office 3x a week. We are pretty stretched with the childcare juggle and need help to ensure the kids can be dropped into School (Lymington) / picked up on the days we need to be in the office and that they have the support they need with activities and homework on these days. I love to do as many drop-offs and pick-ups as I can so I can be connected with the kids' schools but it isn't always possible. The kids are fun, adventurous and curious; they are close and very loving - they are pretty resilient and adapt easily to new faces. We had fantastic before/afterschool help in this basis for the last year so the kids are quite used to it but our nanny has sadly left us to focus on her medical studies. They'll be exhausted returning to the School rhythm and our Son will be adapting to his new School environment as he joins his Sister so I'd love them to have a supportive friendly face at home on those days we can't get back on time!
My Requirements
Ideally before and after School on a Monday, Tuesday and Thursday (I.e. 630-830am / 5 -730/8pm). There is some flex on the days if eg a Wednesday is better.
