Looking for a nanny to join our family in Mid Feb 23 or Early March 23 and help look after our boy/girl twins. They are just about to turn 6 months in October 2022 and will be around 10-11 months on my return to work.
I am a hospital doctor working a shift pattern and my husband is a long haul pilot who is away on average 3-4 days a week. I will be returning to work part time; my working days are still to be finalised but aiming to be off Mondays and Tuesdays. This means we will mainly be looking for childcare on Wednesday-Fridays but with some flexibility due to the nature of our jobs.
We are looking for around 30-35 hours per week average but with some flexibility for the right person. This would be a permanent role and despite myself being in the Army we are guaranteed to be in the area for at least another 2 years.
We are looking for a nanny who can integrate into our family and take on the challenge of twins. Ideally, they would be caring, easy going and flexible. We would love a nanny who can have fun with the twins whilst being creative and engaging. We would like someone who is keen to explore the outdoors with them and able to provide healthy home cooked meals.
My Requirements
We are looking for a live out nanny who has some flexibility in hours from week to week to help us cover some of my long days at work which are only every few weeks. Someone who could do a very occasional weekend (potentially one weekend in every 8 weeks) would be a bonus but not a necessity.
