My name is Aleisha Hodgkinson and I’m 21 years old. I have several years of working with young people. I’m currently working part time, so I can be flexible. I’m reliable, out going, caring and fun. Working with younger children is always what I have been passionate about :) . My work has been focused with younger children who have additional needs / severe mental health struggles.

- Work in Mental Health Hospitals - Low Secures / adults and children
- Emotionally supporting young children.
- Looking after an 11-year-old child with Learning needs. Doing activities with him and helping him to express himself.
- Looking after a 4-year-old child- focusing on play and helping him with his daily routine.
- Befriending and helping children (age 8-10) with activities. Helping to coordinate focus group and facilitating creative play.
- The Treetop Centre as Nursery assistant
I worked for Treetop during Work Experience 2018 (approximately 30 hours) during the launch of the Nursery. I helped with activities (e.g. circle time, arts and crafts) and helped care for children during breaks and lunch.
