My Experience

I have worked at a childcare setting and a nursery for over a year. I have been a live in nanny for young children for 5 months with duties including; Picked and dropped children to and from school
• Cooked and cleaned for a 4 and 10 year old boys for a single mum
• Morning and night sleep routine with the children
• Played with and entertained the children
• Educated children and helped with homework and book reading
I have also been a childcare assistant/nanny at home for 6 months for a family with duties
Assisting a mother with her triplets, age six year olds.
• Assisting the children father with outdoor activities.
• Book reading and assisting children with their work.
• Playing with children and neatly organising children play area.
• Cooking, feeding and cleaning after children.
• Supervising children while there playing in swimming pool.
Nursery duties included
Supervise children aged 3 months – 4 years
• Planning and supervising fun and educational activities
• Managing a daily schedule that includes activities, toilet breaks, lunch and rest time
• Observing children and taking notes of any problematic behaviour
• Feeding and changing babies
• Communicating with parents and staff members
• Ensuring the safety of children
• Helping children learn numeracy and language through daily activities

My Fees

• Babysitting from £12.00 per hour

Starting from £12 - £15 an hour depending on location, age and number of children
