About Me
My name is Vivien, I was recently inspected in February 2022 by Ofsted with a rating grade “Good”. I have been a childcare practitioner for more than 25 years and take great passion in my job.
I am an honest and hard working individual who enjoys developing the skills of others in order to succeed. I have great partnership with parents of the children in my care because I create a happy environment at work. Additional, I possess great awareness of “The Revised Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) - September 2021”.
My Experience
I am a very experienced childcare practitioner. I have worked in a variety of primary schools, day nurseries and special educational need settings.
I have managed a day nursery where my responsibilities consisted of providing care and education for the children, supervising staff and liaising with other professionals in the interest of the children.
At present as an Ofsted registered childminder, I have the full knowledge of the EYFS revised for the learning, care and development for every child under the age of five years.
I undertake external liaison and fulfil an ambassadorial function between parents, my childcare children and different professionals for the well-being of the children.
I possess exceptional teamwork and listening skills. I have the ability to communicate and build good relationships with children, adolescents and parents.
I ensure diversity and inclusions are full expressed.
My Qualifications
BA Hon Business Management.
Cache diploma in Nursery Nursing (NNEB)
BA Hon Social Care.
Behaviour management training.
Special Education training.
First Aid level 3.

Vivien looked after both my boys (4 year age gap) while I was working and at university. Vivien was so loving and caring and treated my boys like her own, she also helped to deal with understanding my eldests sons emotional outburst. Her home was always full of fun and learning opportunities,along with lots of love and laughter. I would recommend Vivien a hundred times over, if you want your child/ren to be with someone you trust and not worry about them throughout the day, Vivien is the childminder you need.

Vivien has helped with two of my sons form when they were babies, now 5 and almost 3 years old. It was a wonderful experience having her mind the kids. I had a stress free experience and very understanding and accommodating to our needs. I sure will recommend her to any parent seeking a good hand for their kids.

My children have been with Vivien for over eight years now. She has the ability to cope with constant demands for attention, she is very patient and tolerance. She is so passionate about her work and a good sense of humour. Vivien also have a good creativity and imagination to provide activities for the children that she cared for.

First I would like to take the opportunity to thank Vivien for being so nice and professional with our daughter, she’s been extremely helpful and nice to us, Vevienne she’s very caring , loving, calm, positive attitude, humble and very good teacher, I would recommend her to anyone and I’m looking forward to seeing and work with her with my other daughter, she’s a blessing.
