Prior to meeting Loretta, my daughter was afraid of cats, but Loretta found a way to make her feel comfortable and reassure her - by the end of her first day she enjoyed being around her fluffy cats and looked forward to going back.
My daughter always talks about Loretta and the various activities she enjoys with her such as Lego Club and going to local parks. She also likes playing in her garden, playing with the other children that Loretta cares for and looking after the cats. Loretta is chatty and always thinking about activities to do with the children and always suggests activities that I can do with my daughter on the weekends.
