About Me
I pride myself on providing a Home from Home environment which is safe and warm, loving and stimulating for the children to thrive and learn. I like to work closely with parents to ensure that each child's individual needs are met. When in my setting the children have access to a large play room full of lots of fun, and stimulating resources as well as a secure enclosed garden where the children can play, explore nature and even grow their own vegetables. We are National Trust members, so therefore we like to go out and explore some of the many National Trust Parks as well as enjoying regular outings at our local park and woods. We also have a plot at an allotment. We like to meet with other childminders and attend various different group activities. We celebrate all special calendar events such as Christmas, Diwali, Easter and Halloween. I like to ensure all children at my setting are provided with a healthy nutritious lunch as well as healthy snacks.

We have been so incredibly lucky to have Laura care for our son over the past two years. From the very beginning, she has been warm, nurturing, and truly dedicated to his well-being and development.
She has created such a loving and safe environment where he has thrived—learning, playing, and growing in confidence every day. Her patience, kindness, and creativity have made such a difference in his early years, and we couldn’t have asked for a better childminder.
Leaving her care is bittersweet, as we will truly miss her, but we will always be grateful for the amazing start she has given our son. I wholeheartedly recommend Laura to any parent looking for someone they can trust completely with their child. She is simply wonderful!
