About Me
Hi, my name is Sonja and I'm a Ofsted registered Childminder located in Clayton. I’m originally a nursery school teacher from Germany that is now looking forward to working with you and your children. My aim is to get children ready for school, helping them with their personal, emotional and social development and much more.
Children learn and play in a happy, stimulating environment. My living room is now the heart of the house with lots of exploring, learning and playing areas with resources that promote learning, fun in all seven areas of learning.
I have a secure garden full of playing opportunities and a good range of outdoor equipment allowing the children to develop their physical skills and explore the world and nature with their own imagination. We regularly visit the library, local parks, farms, woods, playgroups and shops around.
I freshly cook tasty and nutritious meals each day and children are encouraged to offer ideas for the choices of meals on the menu.
My Experience
I have many years of childcare experience with babies and children. I worked for 5 years in a nursery school with children of age between zero to five years. Furthermore, being a mother of two has given me lots of experience with children.

My Fees
- Childminding from £6.00 per hour
I offer a day rate or half day rate depending on the hours you need. I also offer government funded places for 2, 3 and 4 year olds.
