I have worked as a HLTA for 8 years in both mainstream and sen schools before moving to the roll of a HCA within an sen school supporting the school nurse.
I currently work as a specialist paediatric health care assistant supporting children with medical needs in their own home who require oxygen, ventilation, gastro feeding etc. I also create plans to support learning progress, individualised to each child.
