About Me
We are now in a position to hire a Permanent Nanny (Nanny/ housekeeper) 37 hours per week (Monday to Thursday) for our lovely baby aged 10 months in Esher area.
Baby is very pleasant, in a good routine with no additional needs or dietary requirements. Standard nanny duties apply including meal prep for baby and nanny should be comfortable and happy in a sole charge role. Nanny should be willing to help mum within general running of the house by completing basic household duties when child is napping or with parent on days parent can work from home such as ironing / tidying or laundry. A cleaner is employed separately.
Monday 0830 - 1700 (8.5 hours)
Tuesday 10.00-8pm (10 hours)
Weds 10.00-8pm (10 hours)
Thursday - 0900-1730 (8.5 hours)
Plus available for babysitting 1-2 evenings per month (3 hours on weekday if parents have work event or 4 hours on weekend evening. Finish will never be later than 11pm and any babysitting hours that are required will be booked 1 month in advance, any babysitting is paid additional to salary, at a rate of £18 per hour gross)
Our ideal nanny should live close to Esher and be familiar with groups in the area which they can attend with baby, must have full driving license and ideally their own car and up-to-date enhanced DBS check, paediatric first aid training and at least 2 years experience in a previous nanny or nanny housekeeper role with a child of a similar age. Nanny is not required to travel with the family.
Annual leave must be taken over Christmas and early January as family are not in UK during this time so role is suitable for someone who likes to spend xmas with their own family or travel abroad during xmas or January.
Summary:
Nanny housekeeper role (70% childcare, 30% basic household duties- cleaner employed separately)
37 hours per week - Salary £17 per hour gross and £18 per hour for any hours after 6pm (approx £33,000 per year)
4 day working week
1 child role (10 months)
no pet household
*unfortunately it will not be possible for nanny's to bring their own children with them for this role
-Interviews will take place via video call on Saturday 16th September and Monday 18th September
-Face to face interviews for short listed candidates Friday 22nd September and Saturday 23rd September
-Role available for immediate start (but can be flexible if require notice period)
