Hello I’m Molly! I'm a qualified Norland Nanny with over 8 years of childcare experience. I have worked with families from babyhood right through to school age, providing consistent and nurturing care. I am known for my kind, caring and patient approach and am passionate about helping children thrive in a safe and engaging environment. I am a very practical person with a great work ethic and keen to support families and offer the best care possible, through being adaptable and getting to know each child to be able to cater to their individual needs.
I am passionate about children learning through play and aim to create an enabling environment to support them to thrive and explore the world. I also enjoy the outdoors and like to get out and about making the most of the fresh air and staying active through a variety of fun trips such as going to the park, farm, woodlands and any other accessible locations to explore.
In my spare time I enjoy theatre, both watching musicals and performing with local amateur groups.

My Experience
I graduated from Norland College with a BA (Hons) in Early Childhood Education and learning and a Norland Diploma. My experience varies from working with children from as young as 4 weeks old up to 18 years through a mix of placements, long-term nannying, summer jobs, babysitting and volunteering with a local youth theatre group. My training at Norland has provided me with skills such as cooking, light sewing, car control (understanding what to do when in extreme conditions). I have lots of experience working with children with food allergies and intolerance’s, so would feel confident in supporting children with different dietary needs.

Paediatric first aid trained
Level 2 food hygiene
Full clean driving licence and own car

My Availability
Currently in a full time role until September/October, looking at options for the future around Bath/Corsham and surrounding areas.
