My name is Diego and I’m a Spanish pre-school teacher living here in Edinburgh.
As a graduate in early childhood education I have experience with kids being able to offer not just a loving environment but educational games and creativity activities as well.
Im a reliable and creative person. I speak both Spanish and English fluently. My interest includes reading, music, good movies, cooking and outdoors among others.
Im based in Stockbridge but Im happy to travel within Edinburgh.

My Experience
I have experience as a pre-school teacher in different schools back in Spain.
I’ve also worked over two years as an early years practitioner in different nurseries here in Edinburgh.
I also have nanny experience. I’ve worked with different families providing caring services here in Edinburgh.
Currently working as a nanny for twins.
My Qualifications
BACHELOR DEGREE IN EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION (HONS.)
I have a university degree on early years education.
I am first aid trained, acquired during my time in nurseries. I also have some courses of related topics such as safeguarding, child protection, GIRFEC, HGIOELC. I am also familiar with the Scottish curriculum.

Diego is a great nanny. He looked after my children for over 6 months and he is still helping us with occasional babysittings. He’s fun, engaging, loving and responsible.
My children love him, and we know they are in safe hands when he’s caring for them.
I would highly recommend him.
