About Me
We are a busy and dynamic family of 5 (including our lovely dog Mabel).
Mum and Dad are busy professionals who work full time (Hybrid) working from home and the office part of the week. We have two wonderful children. Our 8 year old daughter has Autism (PDA profile) and sensory needs but adores art, mythical beasts, animals and Harry Potter and our 5 year old son - crazy about football, sport and Lego has Tourettes and awaits assessment for ADHD/ASD. Both the kids have different needs but when supported by the right person, who can adapt to their needs, the children are fabulously fun to be around.
My Requirements
We are looking for childcare support (with mum or dad working from home - on hand for any issues) both in term time and in the school holidays with someone who has experience of working with children who have Autism (PDA awareness would be a bonus). Or someone who is willing to work with us and upskill to our children's needs/gain SEN childcare experience for their own development. We would consider Students, with experience of childcare who are available.
We would also be looking to build a relationship with someone who could progress to being our go to person for extra help/childcare for the odd evening or weekend day (term time). We could be flexible with dates/times over the school holidays, but for us having someone reliable, fun and who could care for and keep our children safe and occupied would be amazing.
