In the beginning there was no problems my son really enjoyed going to her house. I’ve now come to notice she does not like feedback, or how to communicate with me. She does not know how to approach or handle conversations. Shouting in voice notes and refusing to communicate in regard to my child. She also claimed that the work she was doing with my child is unbearable. My child is a special needs child, and is non verbal, so I like him to receive care that’s individual to him. On her profile she claimed that she has special needs experience, and she reassured me that my child would be fine and I don’t need to worry, but to me it seems like she does not have that much experience or if not at all.

I will not lie in reviews the house is clean and my son enjoys the food but the communication is extremely poor.

Thank you for your response, I'm saddened that you felt that my service to Kemar fell below your expectations.

Kemar is not the first child I have looked after in my 16 years as a childminder and I'm proud of the fact that other parents with or without children with special needs have known that I have and continue to treat them as I would my own children and that their children feel at home when they come to Little Daffodils.

That was indeed the case also with your son, he has required additional care and attention during his time with me which I he always received. It was a pleasure looking after Kemar despite the fact that it's been 4 weeks now without receiving a penny in payment yet.

Regarding feedback, I had asked you as I do all parents to put forward any feedback directly in order for me to ensure the children I care for receive the best care.

I wish you all the best for the future and hope you find what it is you are looking for in a childminder that you felt I couldn't provide to your son.
