Josie has been working for my family as an "extra pair of hands" with my severely disabled older son and younger 6 year old son. She has quickly learnt to use the special needs equipment, help feed my older son and manage seizures. Josie is now an expert at building dens in the living room and has engaged really well with my younger son. Whilst Josie is young, she is proactive, reliable and always offering to help.
