About Me
Hello my name is Nicola; I am a mother of two (son 19and daughter 15). I live with my daughter and two friendly cats and dogs.
I am an Ofsted Registered childminder. I hold relevant childminding certificates including a current and up to date Paediatric First Aid and Safeguarding Certificate. I strive to meet all parents’ needs ensuring a safe, caring, loving and enjoyable learning environment for all children. I do this is by providing maximum opportunity through explorative play and offer a variety of activities for each stage of the Early Years Foundation Stage. My primary aim is to work in partnership with you to provide continuity of care in a safe, caring, home from home environment for your child.
My Experience
I worked full time as an assistant in a childminding setting, which enjoyed greatly.
I have raised two children of my own, as well as helped care for all my nieces and nephews. I have also cared for friends children too over the years so I am familiar with all the stages of childhood.

My Fees
- Childminding from £5.25 per hour
Hourly fee £5.25
this includes snacks and drinks, meals are not included in hourly fee. I ask that all meals are sent with the child.
Before school- £7per session 7:45- 8:45
After school - £8per session school-pickup-4:30
Extended after school- £12per session school pick up -5:30 includes light snack

Nicky has been caring for my 2 boys for over 4 months now and I have nothing but amazing things to say about her. My boys are happy and thriving and are always so happy when I take and pick them up. Nicky is always so happy, friendly, welcoming, understanding, accommodating and professional whilst providing home for home experience, I would highly recommend her as a childcare provider. I was recommended Nicola by another childcare provider that couldn’t facilitate the hours I needed. My two boys absolutely love going here - which shows how great Nicola is with children. It’s a lovely and cosy home away from home setting, the toys are changed out regularly so the children don’t get bored. I get photos of the things my boys get up to.
