I am a passionate senior early years educator that has moved into a nanny role and has been with the family for nearly two years now. I am calm, caring, professional, reliable and trustworthy. I hold a level 3 qualification in children’s learning and development and am first aid trained. I can drive and have my own mode of transport. I enjoy being active, spending time with my family or friends and baking!
My Experience
I have eight years of childcare experience mainly working with babies and toddlers from 3 months to 4 years in an outstanding nursery. I am able to run the day to day life in a nursery, leading the team and problem solving. I have knowledge of activities to help stimulate and teach children.
Over the last year I have been working for a family, four days a week for two children ages 2 and 5, taking on all nanny responsibilities and challenges. I have also spent the last three months, once a week, caring for a 6 month old baby where I introduced weaning, continued the baby’s nap routine and encouraged lots of physical activities to support the baby to sit up, crawl and pull themselves up. For the last eight months I have been looking after a 16 month old, caring, helping and supporting him in the next stages of his development.
I also have experience babysitting with a wide range of families of all different ages.
My Qualifications
I hold a Level 3 Children’s Play Learning and Development Btec. I am first aid trained, DBS checked and have safeguarding training.
My Availability
I am available Friday evenings and weekends.
