My Experience

If you are looking for a responsible adult to look after your children, then my experience of working with children will prove invaluable. As an experienced child carer, I have the qualities and the skills to look after your children where loving and caring relationships will be formed. I have a seven year younger sister whom I looked after and cooked meals for while my parents were at work for six years. Also I have a 1 year old niece and 3 year nephew whom I look after on a regular basis.

I was an agency worker, working as a preschool assistant and a nursery nurse throughout Cambridgeshire in different settings while carrying out EYFS.

For this family I was a temporary Nanny looking after 2 boys aged 19mths and 3yrs, 4 days a week. Here I kept the house clean and tidy. Also cooking, shopping, organising recreational activities and outings while educating their sons.

I would look after a group of around 30 children with 3 other adults educating toddlers through play and preparing children for school. Also I would help out in the baby room.

Young film makers club is an after school activity club making short films, commercials and music videos for young children.

I looked after a 4 year old girl whose parents are doctors and have a very varied schedule. Here I keep the house clean and tidy. Also cooking, shopping, organising recreational activities and outings while educating their daughter.

In this position, I was responsible for a 4 year old girl and a 2 year old boy. Every other Monday I would pick them up from nursery to play, then feed, bathe and put to bed.

At Warboys Kid Club I would help organise games and activities for children aged 5 to 11 before and after school.

At the Fun Factory in St Neots I was responsible for the children’s safety, organising fun games for all ages, setting up and putting away party events.
