About Me
Hi my name is Carly Scott and I am an Ofsted registered childminder based in Prescot. I offer a childminding service to meet the needs and wishes of each individual child and that of their parents. I believe that all children need strong attachment figures in the absence of their parents and therefore I aim to nurture a strong bond between myself and each child. I offer a wide variety of activities and support the children in a homely fun and safe environment. My home is smoke free at all times and I risk access my home on a regular basis and have numerous policies and procedures in place to aid safeguarding children's welfare.
My Experience
I am an ofsted registered childminder having attended the early years childminding matters course. I have gained a wealth of experience with children due to bringing up my 4 children. I work to the early years foundation stage principles and use observations to help me plan activities to meet the needs of the children in my care to help them progress through each stage of development at their own pace.

I have worked in the NHS for many years and understand the stress of finding a childminder to fit in with your shift pattern. I am very flexible with the hours I work and will cover all NHS shifts.

My Fees
- Childminding from £10.00 per hour
My daily charge is £40.00 per day during the hours of 7.30am till 5.30pm
Half days are charged at £27.00 between the hours of 7.30am - 12.30pm
Or 12.30pm - 5.30pm
Before 7.30 am and after 5.30pm £10 per hour
If a Saturday is required please contact me for a price

Carly has looked after my twin boys since 2022 when they were just over 1. It really is a home away from home, in fact when the twins aren't in the setting they ask to go, I don't think I'm as fun as carly . From the moment I met carly i knew she was the right person, she built an instant rapport both with the boys and myself and at the Time the twins were so shy. My boys were born 8 weeks premature and she has constantly helped them strive to meet their milestones, raising concerns if there were any and hearing mine if I had. I would recommend this setting and carly to anybody wholeheartedly. I knew my boys were safe, secure and enjoying their day. My boys will miss this setting and their friends so much when they leave! Thank you carly you've been the best x
