About Me
Hello, I live in Westcliff on sea area and have lots of experience in childcare and some experience with tutoring.
I currently work in early years and have done so for 7 years. I have volunteered with children up to the age of 18 for more than 9 years.
I love doing activities with children mainly getting them outside, whether its to the park, seaside or your garden. I love crafts so be aware if you hire me you will get lots of painting and random craft items to stick to your fridge. I am happy to help with homework both the understanding and motivating for all ages.
In the past, I have helped to motivate GCSE aged children to do their studying by either sitting next to them while they do their work in their house or taking them to whatever library they prefer, all the children said its really helpful as its someone not attached to the school or from the family and therefore less pressure. My passion is in geography and science, but will help motivate any lesson. As even if I don’t know the material, me and the child will look through books together.
I am happy to listen to school reading books with primary aged children and help with that homework too.
I also have experience (2 + years) with Montessori, although I am not trained in it. But am happy to support and follow through with this style of education and learning during my stay.
I also have experience with SEN and am happy to follow your routine.
I am fully first aid trained and happy for more training to help support your child. In recent years I’ve been trained to give a type of emergency medication for child who has seizures. I also helped support the family with washing the child via the use of hoists.

My Availability
My availability is the odd weekends and evenings.
I cannot do weekly, however if you want some adult time with friends I am happy to babysit for an evening and help entertain the children and put them to bed. If I am doing the bedtime babysit I am happy to look after pets as well.
If you book me in advance (by at least 4 weeks) I could do the odd day time park/outdoor adventure with your children.
I am happy to be a motivator for homework for any ages.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £12.21 per hour
My fees vary depending on location and number of children as stated below.
Babysitting fee;
Walking distance fee =£12.21p/h
Driving distance fee (varies on distance) = £13p/h
For overnight bed time, Routine = £38. 7pm -11pm. ( happy to look after pets for a additional £2)
For up to two children. Additional children cost £5 more per hour.
Anything the children get when out and about, I will keep receipts for.
