My name is Heledd and I am a fluent welsh speaker. I am 21 years old currently working in the Under 2s room in a day nursery. I have a strong passion for working in childcare and believe that i am kind, caring, organised and easy to work with. I have a full clean uk driving license and I hold a dbs certificate. I also am paediatrics first aid trained. I am currently studying psychology degree that involves many modules of child development and child attachment. I have also completed a safeguarding course and a child safety course as well as short childcare corse specifically for younger babies. My Experience
I am currently working in the under 2s room in a day nursery with babies aged 6 weeks to 22 months and have a strong passion for working with children under 2 particularly. I have worked there for two and a half years. Previous to this I worked as a teaching assistant in the nursery year classroom.
I also babysit quite often including babies from the nursery and babies and toddlers from this app. Am able to provide a reference from a parent if requested.
My Qualifications
I hold a DBS certificate. I have completed a safeguarding course. And I am paediatrics first aid trained. I have also completed a child safety course and am entering my third and final year of my degree which involves many elements of child development and child attachment. I have also completed many short childcare courses and specific courses that regards caring for babies from newborn to 6 months.
