Wonderful babysitter- definitely recommend

I booked Madi for an emergency requirement for a day to look after my 4 year old son. She responded promptly and provided all the details to make sure I am comfortable and answered all my questions.
She adjusted to my requirement and arrived on time. My son had a nice time with Madi. She constantly sent me updates without me having to ask. She made sure my son was safe and relaxed when with her.
Happy to book Madi in the future too. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a nanny or babysitter.

Excellent Nanny

Fantastic nanny! My 5 year old daughter had such fun with Madi and her family, She spent the weekend at her house and had such fun! I was updated the whole time on what my daughter was doing and she was very happy!
Madi was very punctual, and arrived on time to collect her!
I would definitely recommend her to a friend!

Great nanny and babysitter

I used Madi for my 2 year old daughter and my 6 month old daughter whilst I was visiting Bolton. She was amazing with both of them. Her experience really shows. My daughter warmed to her immediately. I was so worried about potty accidents as my daughter was newly trained but Madi did everything to make her feel comfortable. After leaving Bolton my daughter still asks about her and asks when are we going to see her next!
I would definitely recommend her to anyone wanting childcare.

Would highly recommend

Madi has been great with my 1 year old daughter. She is very professional, kind and naturally good with kids. She is very knowledgeable about kids too. Also she goes the extra mile, gets toys for the kids etc. also to make her services special her family is so respectful and friendly, I feel very comfortable leaving my child at her house.

WARNING: UNREALIABLE LIAR

I hired Madiha through this website on short notice. My parents usually drop my daughter off to school and pick her up, but they were unable to do so, and I needed someone urgently.

Even though there was a negative review about unreliability, I ignored it, thinking it was one out of many and also because I was desperate at the time.

I agreed with Madiha on Monday night that she will drop my daughter off to school and pick her up on Wednesday and Thursday.

Firstly, Madiha turned up 15 minutes late. I gave her the benefit of the doubt, thinking it was the first time she had come to my house, so maybe she just had difficulty locating it.

Madiha confirmed my daughter's school pick-up time via text message. My daughters school called 20 minutes after closing to say the "nanny" had not turned up to collect my daughter!

I tried ringing her she did not pick up whilst I drove furiously to pick up my daughter. Whilst I had my own daughter in the car she sent me a message "**** is with me, in traffic, going home now!"

She was just driving into the school as I drove out! She had the audacity to lie further and say she contacted the school!

I am so grateful I managed to pick my daughter up before she did; I fear she may have asked my own daughter to lie to me to match the lie she sent me in her text!

Avoid!!! Do not make the mistake I did of ignoring a bad review!!!

First of all, I'm not a liar. You are cause that's not what my text said. Secondly, the audacity in you to say I didn't call School when I have two call logs as proof as I got in traffic. I have two of my own kids, I wouldn't dare teach them to lie, let alone any of my clients' kids! I am God-fearing and do my work with love and honesty. On short notice, I try to help you and resolve this issue, but you clearly don't have a clean heart to leave a review like this. People like you try to mess up things instead of resolving in a peaceful manner, but just remember what goes around comes around. So, thanks for your review, but like the other one, it's irrelevant cause you're the liar!

Absolute Life Saver

We hired Madeeha to pick up and drop off our son for a week. Madeeha's warmth and friendliness were evident from the moment we met her. She greeted us with a genuine smile and immediately connected with our son, creating a comfortable and reassuring environment. Amazing!

Madeeha was amazing with my daughter whilst she was on half term. They did a lot of activities and Madeeha kept updated throughout. She was a great help and I couldn’t thank her enough! I would definitely 100% recommend her!!!

Unreliable

Very good with our child, but in the time we worked together (approx 1 month), we were frequently let down - poor punctuality and on at least 5 times, badly let down in my opinion.
Would I work with her again? No, I need someone I can rely on.
Would I recommend her to a friend? - No, I do not feel I would be a good friend to do that.

Thanks, but your review and opinion are irrelevant compared to the rest of the reviews! Due to my health being down down this month, which I mentioned a few times! Just like you cancelled due to sickness twice!! I would never recommend you either cause you don't pay clients for even the time worked!

Unbelievable support

Returning to work after 4 weeks, we needed support Sunday to Thursday throughout the night. Madeeha was incredible and helped my wife through a critical period
