Rachel helped us with our newborn at nights when she was very young but also did some daytime nanny work for us when she was a little older. Rachel is very experienced and taught us a lot about babies and how to get our baby into a routine. Our baby slept through the night from quite an early age and although that could be due to her temperament, but we think that a lot of that was to do with Rachel's guidance in how to get her content and happy to sleep through. Small changes like how we were swaddling her, how we settled her at bedtime, what nappies we used etc all made a big difference in keeping our baby settled and slept and all came from Rachel. Rachel was very caring and we felt that she really loved our little baby and she would do whatever she could to help out. She came to hospital with us when our baby was sick and helped us transport her and look after her at that time. Rachel will guide new parents very well with her experience and knowledge.
