About Me

As a mum of three that has worked in early years for nearly 20 years I have created a homely childminding setting for your child to thrive.

I will be offering a nurturing and inspiring environment where children’s natural curiosity, imagination, and love for learning are at the heart of what we do. Inspired by nature and the world around us, I encourage exploration, creativity, and discovery through hands-on experiences both inside and within the local and wider community.

I believe that every child is a capable, curious learner and will adapt to support childrens individual interests, helping them to grow in confidence, develop key skills, and build a lifelong love of learning in a setting that celebrates the wonder of childhood.

I am passionate about developing children's emotional literacy to help prepare them as well as possible for their future. This informs my gentle and respectful approach to managing behaviour and forming attachments with children.

I recognise the importance of working in partnership with parents and therefore will ensure that parents are involved in their child's learning journey every step of the way through an easy to use online platform.

As well as a range of exciting activities at home I will provide weekly outings to beaches, woodland, libraries, Fishers farm, local parks and much more.

I offer funded early years entitlement and tax free childcare.
