About Me
I am caring, passionate and patient. I enjoy working with children of all ages and have a wealth of experience. I strive to provide education alongside care through carefully planned learning opportunities to support each child to develop.
I am passionate about developing children's emotional literacy to help prepare them as well as possible for their future. This informs my gentle and respectful approach to managing behaviour and forming attachments with children.
I recognise the importance of working in partnership with parents and therefore will ensure that parents are involved in their child's learning journey every step of the way through an easy to use online platform.
As well as a range of exciting activities at home I will provide weekly outings to beaches, woodland, libraries, Fishers farm, local parks and much more.
I am in the process of registering as a childminder and will be providing care on Thursdays and Fridays. I hope to be registered by July 2025.
My Experience
I hold a BA Hons degree in Early Childhiod Studies and have 17 years experience working with children. I also have three of my own children aged 15, 13 and 10 which means I fully understand the challenges that being a busy parent involves.
