About Me
Hello, I’m Halle. I’m 20 years old and a third year student at Bath Spa university. I’m looking for any family who needs help with looking after their children as I’d love to take on a childcare role alongside my university studies. I currently volunteer in a prison where I work with the children of prisoners, making sure they’re entertained and looked after during visits. I also work Monday- Friday in a primary school as a play worker with children ages 4-11.
My Experience
My experience in child care ranges. I work in a primary school Monday- Friday as a play worker, looking after children ages 4-11. I also volunteer as a family support worker for children and families who have their dad/ brother in prison. This is done locally at Earlstoke prison for the company PACT. I have mostly got experience in hospitality where I have encountered many different types of children and their unique personalities. Due to the nature of my bosses/ managers, I have also worked alongside young children, ensuring their safety whilst completing my required jobs. I additionally tutor GCSE & KS3 English Language and Literature so have worked with older children as well and I’m excited to apply the skills I’ve learned through this to my babysitting job.
My Qualifications
My academic qualifications include A-levels in Psychology, English Language and Politics. I have a full DBS and enhance DBS check also.
My Availability
My availability is extremely flexible as it is orientated around my uni timetable.
