Autistic and Neurodivergent Pride!
I am a 23 year old compassionate and joyful babysitter. I can & love working with children of all ages.
I am autistic, and I specialise in childcare for autistic & neurodivergent children (children with SEN). I also work with neurotypical children!
I recently spent 9 months as a 1:1 support worker to a non-speaking autistic child in a nursery setting, to prepare him for the transition to primary education.
I take a neurodivergent-positive approach that is child-centred, exploring sensory experiences through play and working with parents in creating plans to support your child’s everyday confidence and happiness.
I love walks, exploring nature and the sensory joys of life. Whilst I have lots of fun activities in mind for your child, I’d love to hear what they’re interested in first!
I believe in patience, kindness, positivity, and consistent understanding, particularly when working with children that struggle intensely with the demands of daily, conventional and neurotypical environments.
