Hiya! I am Laura, a Spanish liable babysitter with work experience and academic knowledge of children’s behavior and development.
My Experience
I have worked as a babysitter for three years now with children from two to ten years old. I have also worked as a Teaching Assistant for my university’s placement in two occasions; first, a 3-month long placement at a nursery setting, and second, at a Primary school, where I worked with children from Year 1 to Year 6. Additionally, when I go back home for holidays, I work as a free-time monitor at child parties.
Nonetheless, my Bachelors degree in Education, Psychology and Special Educational Needs, allows me to have a very broad understanding on children’s behaviour, learning processes and thinking and emotional development.
My Qualifications
Regarding my studies, I have completed Secondary and Higher Education, GCE, i-act Certificate on Understanding and Promoting Mental Health and Well-Being, and a Training on Children’s Safety and Well-being. I finished my Bachelors in Cardiff on Education, Psychology and Special Education Needs, and have recently moved to London to pursue a Masters at UCL on Psychology of Education. I also have my DBS check.
