My Experience
As I'm working as a assistant practitioner I can do observation, room highlights, behaviour management, working together as a team. I got training every day about childcare at my workplace. Also I know what a child need most to feel confident, motivated to reach their full potential.
My Qualifications
I have no qualifications in childcare but I have experience in childcare. Although my nursery provided me to do childcare level 3 if I got time I will enrol it.
