About Me
My name is Alison, I am looking for a Nanny/PA/childminder with special needs experience to help support my son who is 7 years old with a diagnosis of Autism and ADHD.
H is a lovely boy. He has limited language, at times this can lead to frustration, which requires patience and understanding. It is important that H develops trust and gets to know his carers and they him. H responds well to routine and therefore this would be important in supporting H. H has formed good relationships with his teachers, teaching supports at school, and his current Nanny who has supported us for the past 2 years so is capable of forming these relationships, with kindness and patience. Sadly we are losing are current support due to upcoming maternity leave but she will be available to facilitate a transition/handover for the next few months.
We require support for Harry after school on a Monday on a weekly basis. H will require collection from Ashgate Croft School then childcare at home in Dronfield until 6pm. We will need more help over the school holidays, again mainly for Mondays.
