About Me
My name is Gemma Davis. I am an OFSTED registered childminder. I have been childminding for 5 years.
I am located on the St Georges estsate in Lincoln.
I live with my husband, 3 sons (all teenagers) and our family dog.
I offer a small home from home environment where everyone feels safe, happy and secure. Being small means I can provide quality care and nurturing for all children.
I have a range of resources and activities ti encourage the children's growth, learning and development.
We are a play based setting as I believe this is how children learn the best. As they are playing, I am able to enhance their learninh by offering resources that follow their interests to help them to achieve their full potential in their development.
My setting is free flow to the outdoors this enables the children to access all areas.

My Experience
I have experience of children ranging from newborn onwards this comes from being a parent, working in nurseries/pre-schools and childminding.
My Qualifications
I have my level 3 in childcare,
Paediatric first aid.
Safeguarding
All over 16 in the setting have a DBS check.
I regularly attend courses, webinars etc to keep my knowledge and understanding of Early Years up to date

I have full time spaces available from January 2024
