Couldn’t ask for more!

I was not looking forward to the time I’d have to go back to work. I’d had a blast during maternity leave. Me and my little boy would be out every day at various groups or going for walks.
I was not looking forward to the time I’d have to choose a childminder, but a Ben made the whole experience so much easier.

When I first contacted him, he didn’t have any space, but he went above and beyond in helping me to seek out what I wanted. Luckily though, a few weeks later, a space did became available and I count myself so lucky every day that it did!
Ben was so helpful for us in that transition. We had phone calls, emails, play dates etc.
Those first few days were tough (for me!) my little one settled in so quickly though. Ben made sure I had plenty of updates and pictures throughout the day.

Ben is so nurturing, fun, yet sees learning opportunities to many things.
I cannot express how happy I am to have my little boy cared for by Ben. He LOVES his trips out, including train journeys to the seaside, playgrounds, the allotment, farms you name it! My little boy has developed in every way. His speech is so clear and he can communicate so well. He has made friends with the other children in Ben’s care and can’t stop talking about Ben, the other children and the things they do. I think his favourite is either muddy puddles, picking apples off the tree at the allotment or the farm.

As a parent, Ben makes it so much easier for me. I get little updates and pictures throughout the day. Although, my favourite is a voice note. This normally comes when my little one has done something new and I can hear the pride in Ben’s voice. This makes me even more proud as a parent.

I cannot recommend Ben more highly!

Highly recommended!

As a mum of the child who is growing in bilingual family and trying to understand 2 languages at the same time I can say Ben is the best help with this. My little girl is not too shy usually and likes to join in with other children but her language wasn't that great even though she's with Ben only once a week i can see such an improvement in her speech just from spending time with Ben.
Ben always cooks a lovely homemade meal for lunch and she always enjoys that as she can join in and help him make it.
She absolutely loves animals and spending time outdoors as I can't provide this too often im glad Ben always takes them out and about to farms and zoo to see animals and takes children to his allotment to play in mud and learn new things about outdoors.
After every time she spends the day with Ben we always hear fun and interesting stories from her so we know for sure Ben is the best for her and always takes a good care of her and her interests.

One in a million!

Beccles is an absolute desert for childcare … I saw Ben post on our local Facebook group and instantly messaged, quick replies, long chats answering questions on the phone and meeting up for play dates before we even had settling in sessions at his house all meant my little boy knew of Ben before he even spent any real time with him.
When starting, my little wasn’t really talking, was the worst eater (watching his sister have a beige diet and having a dairy allergy) and had hit the terrible twos with an absolute bang. Ben is kind, patient and nurtured him amazingly. I now have a kind, chatty and good loving child who cannot talk about Ben enough.
I HATE craft and getting messy… so I love the fact that he goes puddle jumping, allotmenting, and various other trips out and I get a clean little boy at the end of it!!
I’m really sad that he will be starting reception September 2025 as it has been the absolute best 2 years. If you’re looking for a childminder, there is nowhere else I would go!!
