Hi, I'm Sarah and live in Calverley with my husband and small dog Lola.
I was originally registered as a childminder for 15 years and graded outstanding by Ofsted, before taking a break in 2019 to work at a local nursery. Before long I missed caring for the children myself in a home from home environment and in early 2023 I re registered becoming a childminder back in my own home.
Children are cared for and learn in a loving, secure, fun and stimulating environment. They are kept safe and treated the same way as I would expect my own children to be. I provide nutritious home cooked meals and regularly keep you updated throughout the day on how your child is and the things we have enjoyed.
We spend time in the local community while visiting the woods, park and library. Children also visit small local groups giving them the opportunity to mix with other children of similar aged.
My Experience
Over 18 years experience working in childcare and have two grown up children of my own. Training in Childcare level 2, safeguarding, first aid, food hygiene and ongoing CPD training.
