Hello there! My name is Rachaelle, but you can call me Rachie. I work as an Early Years Educator and registered childminder, and I'm registered with the childminding agency Tiny. With 15 years of experience in the early years sector, I have gained a wealth of knowledge and experience with child learning and development.

On a personal note, I'm a mother to an 15 month old.

I am a caring, patient, and trustworthy person, and I am passionate about my work. It brings me joy to work with children and their families, to be a part of their early years journey, and to lay the foundation for their future.

RACHIE’S TINY HOME NURSERY
Welcome to Rachie's Tiny Home Nursery! My nursery is based in Streatham, not far from the beautiful Streatham Common Park, and with great transport links for all commuters.

At Rachie's Tiny Home, your little ones will experience a warm and comforting environment that is specifically designed to cater to their individual needs.

They will have the opportunity to participate in a wide range of enriching activities that are designed to promote learning, exploration, and creativity. Our curriculum is inspired by Montessori and the Curiosity approach, which encourages independent thinking and fosters a love for learning.

Some of the activities that your child can look forward to include cooking, gardening, creative activities, and outdoor learning. These activities are carefully planned and implemented to cater to your child's needs and interests, and to encourage development and growth in a holistic way.

COOKING
Cooking activities not only teach children valuable life skills, but also promote healthy eating habits and can be a fun and engaging way to learn about different cultures and cuisines.

GARDENING/ OUTDOOR PLAY
Our gardening activities provide children with the opportunity to learn about and observe the natural world around them, while also promoting physical activity and outdoor play. Outdoor learning activities, such as nature walks, scavenger hunts, and games, provide children with the opportunity to explore and learn about their environment in a fun and interactive way.

CREATIVE ACTIVITIES
Creative activities, such as arts and crafts, music, and drama, encourage self-expression and imagination, while also promoting the development of fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.

YOGA
Yoga is a wonderful activity for children, as it promotes physical fitness, flexibility, and mindfulness. We believe that yoga is a great way to help children learn to manage stress and anxiety, improve their focus and concentration, and develop a sense of calm and relaxation.
