Beccy has been looking after my 19 month old son Frank for the past ~6 months. Beccy was the first non-family member we ever left Frank with, and from the beginning she has been so thoughtful and considerate, listening to my concerns and going out of her way to reassure us that all is well. Beccy listened intently to what we wanted in terms of care for Frank, and has been a calm and grounding presence in the face of toddler ups and downs! Beccy always arrives early and is totally flexible, offering support outside standard hours when needed. In July, we are expecting a new baby and Frank will be beginning nursery in June. In addition, additional family has moved nearby offering help with childcare. Even so, we have deliberated long and hard about how we could work to keep Beccy anyway as she is such an amazing woman to have on the team. Beccy is totally trustworthy and friendly, and I'd reccomend her to anyone looking for support with thier kiddos. She treats Frank with respect and empowers him to do things for himself and grow in his independence. Its clear Beccy truly enjoys her work and cares about the kids she works with.
