My Experience
I have accumulated a vast experience through work, training and personal experiences in many areas. I come originally from Portugal and I lived in Spain before moving to the UK where I worked along other jobs, as a private Nanny and English Tutor. I have worked as Teaching Assistant/ nursery assistant in the UK for 7 years. At the moment I am working part time as an EYFs nursery practitioner as part of my training to achieve the Early Years Educator qualification. I also have experience in working with High school children (Teacher and/or Cover supervisor) and children with special needs. I hold certifications in Safeguarding, Food Higyene, a certification in Undersatnding autism and First Aid qualification. I also have a liability insurance.

I hold a Degree in History and also qualifications in languages and qualifications in education.

Ana is an absolutely wonderful child care specialist! My three daughters absolutely loved her supervision and interaction. She went above and beyond, engaging with them in such a kind and thoughtful way. Not only did she keep them entertained, but she also took the time to help with their homework and ensure they were actively engaged in fun and educational activities. Ana has been looking after our 5 and 7 year olds. She has a natural way with children, and is a very responsible and conscious person. We really enjoy her stories/conversations. Her manner is respectful and open minded. She always reads to the children and listens to what they have to say. She’s never consumed with her phone or focused on technology, which we love. Feel really lucky to have found Ana :)

Ana kindly looked after my two children who are 2 years and 11 months. She popped over in the week to meet them so they knew who was putting them to bed. Her communication with us leading up to both visits and on the night was excellent and we will definitely be using her again!

My little girl (now 2 years 4 months) and I only moved to Norwich last September and we were so lucky to find Ana less than a month after we arrived.
She is kind, engaging and punctual and my little girl loves her. As an extra bonus she was happy to speak Portuguese to my daughter who has started picking up a few words.
I would really recommend Ana.

Ana stepped in when a fellow childcare.co.uk member let me down on a babysitter job. Ana was quick to respond to all my messages & came to meet my children the day before spending 30 mins with them so it wouldnt be a stranger coming in & putting them to bed.
On the actual day Ana communicated to ensure we still wanted to go ahead & reaffirm the arrival time.
Ana arrived on time, both my children got on well with her again & were quite happy to be left with her. She is very caring & listens to & responds to your childrens needs. When we got home both children were fast asleep & everything had gone smoothly. Ana had even done some washing up for me. I would definately use Ana again as she is so good with both my children, punctual & very good at communicating via messages.
