About Me
I am a registered childminder based in Chineham. I have been registered since March 2023 and am mum to 3 children aged 5, 3 and my youngest born Jan 2024. Although I have not been childminding long I am passionate about providing an environment for the children in my care that I would wish for my own children.
I aim to provide a safe, fun and kind environment. We enjoy spending lots of time outside, rain or shine, exploring woods, parks, splashing in puddles and getting muddy.
I also feel it is important to have free play time with an engaging range of toys, as well as doing crafts, reading, singing and baking.
My Experience
Following graduating from university in 2014 I worked as a support worker, both with adults with learning disabilities and in the community with adults at risk of homelessness. After having my eldest son in October 2018 I was a stay at home mum until taking the leap and registering with Ofsted in march 2023.
My Qualifications
First aid trained
Up to date safe guarding training
Level 2 in understanding distressed behaviour in children
Level 2 certificate introduction into caring for children and young people

Claire has been looking after my 2 girls for 2 years. She has been amazing with them, they always spend lots of time outside come rain or shine as well as lots of time being creative with crafts and painting etc.
My girls are always excited to spend time with Claire and feel comfortable in her home. I would highly recommend Claire ♥️
