Hi,
My name is Bianca, I have worked in childcare for nearly 15 years. I have varied experience with new born to the age of 16. I have recently worked in a nursery for the past 12 years, I am currently taking a break from Nursery to study Teaching.
Working with children, watching them learn and grow and treating them all as individuals is my absolute passion. I like to work with the families and children to follow your routines and what works best for you. Always happy to give my input and ideas too.
In my spare time I like to catch up with friends and family, the beach is my happy place whatever the time of year. I like to get creative, making things and upcyling projects.
I am currently studying teaching, i have previous childcare qualifications and looking to provide baby sitting/nannying services to those in need whilst i am studying. I am also working in a school term time only. I would be available on a Monday Thursday after school and for evening and weekend baby sitting
My Experience
I have worked in a nursery for 12 years as the deputy manager and preschool room manager.
I have a level 2 and 3 in childcare, level 3 safeguarding, level 2 in equality and diversity and level 3 in behaviours that challenge in children. I have worked with all ages from new born upwards. And children with additional SEN needs.
