About Me
We are a warm and welcoming family with a 3-year-old son in full-time nursery and a newborn expected in mid-August. We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and nurturing nanny/mother’s helper to provide full-time, live-out support during this exciting and busy chapter.
This role is ideal for someone who is flexible, responsible, and has experience with both newborns and toddlers. You will work alongside Mom, primarily helping with newborn care, light household duties, and supporting with our older son during mornings, evenings, and occasional nursery runs.

Job Title: Full-Time Nanny / Mother’s Helper (Live-Out)
Location: Fulham
Start Date: Mid-July 2025
Duration: 3 months (with potential for extension)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm (or 4 days a week)
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
Newborn Care (Primary Focus):
• Assisting with newborn feeding, if required (bottle prep, sterilisation, burping)
• Changing nappies and clothing
• Soothing and settling baby for naps
• Bathing the baby
• Helping implement a gentle daily routine (sleep, feeds, play)
• Monitoring baby’s development and engaging in age-appropriate sensory play
Toddler Support (Secondary Focus):
• Occasional drop-off and pick-up from nursery (15 mins walk)
• Playing with our 3-year-old, including indoor/outdoor play and creative activities
• Supporting his learning and development through structured play
• Preparing snacks and light meals after nursery
• Helping with his bath/shower routine
• Supporting with transitions (e.g., toilet time, bedtime routine)
General Household Support:
• Tidying up play areas and children’s bedrooms
• Laundry (washing, folding, putting away)
• Kitchen clean-up (dishes, bottles, surfaces after meals)
• Keeping common areas clean and organised
• General errands and ad hoc tasks to support family
• Light cooking and meal prep
Occasional babysitting:
• Occasional evening / weekend babysitting for our toddler (with notice)
Who We’re Looking For:
• Experienced with newborns and toddlers (at least 5+ years)
• Warm, caring, and confident with children
• Flexible, proactive, and happy to help wherever needed
• Reliable and timely
• Able to work in a household with a parent present
• Strong understanding of early childhood development
• Comfortable multitasking between baby care and light housework
• We speak 5 languages – English, Farsi, Arabic, Spanish and French. Any is welcome.
• DBS-checked and First Aid trained
• Excellent references from previous families
Additional Notes:
• This is a live-out role — please apply only if you are local or able to commute easily. Nearest train station is Imperial Wharf.
• Flexibility for occasional evening babysitting is appreciated.
