About Me
I’m 31 years old, originally from Bristol. Im currently a mature PhD student at Cambridge studying the archaeology of the ancient Near East. I spent last year living and working in South Korea, before returning to pursue my PhD. I’m friendly with lots of energy, patience and imagination. I’m happy to work with you however you need - as someone reliable to take care of the kids while you’re out, someone to help with schoolwork practice, or someone to run a cupcake-making session! My Experience
I have 2 years experience teaching kindergarten and elementary age children. In my most recent role I managed two classes of 12 students as well as teaching more infrequently in other classes.
I’ve worked as a babysitter for neighbours and local families in the past, as well as taking care of friends’ children when they needed a hand as new parents.
My Qualifications
I have an undergraduate and Masters of Research degree from the University of York, an MA from UCL, and currently am studying for my PhD at Cambridge. I also have a qualification for teaching English as a second language.
My Availability
Flexible hours, please contact me and I can see what I can do. Sometimes there will be an evening talk I’ll need to attend, but these tend to be irregular.
