I had a meeting booked in for weekend babysitting work. Unfortunately, the night prior to the meeting (midnight) I received a message informing me she was no longer available. I would have appreciated more notice than this. I cannot comment on her actual ability to look after children but as far as reliability and communication; there is scope for improvement.
