My Experience
I have been working with children from all different kinds of backgrounds for more than 10 years. I am passionate about children. Helping them grow and develop into stable and happy children. I have noticed that children are struggling emotionally a lot of the time so I found using art therapy helps them to manage their emotions a lot better. I connect well with children and can help them emotionally, develop their fine/gross motor skills as well helping them in education. Finding activities that are fun, that are related to each child's needs and age appropriate. Help them build their confidence and self esteem giving them lots of encouragement. Giving them the a safe space to explore their world and to take risks within limits and a routine and consistency will create stability in order for them grow.
My Qualifications
Qualified Montessori Teacher, Professional Art therapist: I am a registered Art Therapist and i am a member of the British Art Therapy Association.
My Availability
Available for babysitting Friday and Saturday evening. Can come and put children to bed, read and bath them.
