About Me

I have an extensive background in childcare, equating to over 12 years of experience. I am experienced in caring for children of all ages — from newborns and toddlers to young children and teens — through working in schools in various roles and through baby sitting and nannying.

I’ve worked in crèches, nurseries, primary and secondary schools, after school clubs and further education. I have studied Health and Social Care & L3 Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools. I have also worked as an activities coordinator - planning, tailoring and delivering activities to different individuals.

I have specialist experience having worked in alternative provisions (where I supported children with SEND & SEMH). Working in diverse settings has strengthened my ability to connect with and support children with their academic and personal development. I have become more adaptable and highly attuned to different personalities, learning styles and situations.

Childcare has always been a big part of my life, being one of the eldest in an extended family, and is something I’ve grown truly passionate about. When being in the presence of young ones, each day brings new learning opportunities and joy as I witness their milestones and see their personalities shine. I'm fascinated by their minds and enjoy the constant surprises they bring.

I am attentive, reliable and intuitive. I enjoy encouraging learning and creativity through play, conversation, and activities. I bring a caring presence and genuinely enjoy helping children grow into confident, thoughtful individuals.

I always prioritise safety and believe in open communication. I actively listen to parents' instructions and feedback to provide the best care possible and give you peace of mind while you are away or just need some time for yourself.
