My Experience
I have worked with children ages 7months all the way through till 16 years of age.
Through my experiences, I have also honed my problem-solving skills, remaining calm and composed in challenging situations. From handling minor conflicts and soothing tears to managing schedules and ensuring a healthy routine, I have learned to be flexible and proactive in addressing various caregiving demands.
I am also experienced in Baby Led Weening.
I have been both a babysitter, a key worker and support working in a mother and baby unit.
My Qualifications
I have completed and obtained qualifications in Safeguarding level 2 and 3, First Aid, Child development and 30+ more Gloucester council recognised courses in the childcare sector.I have a keen interest in furthering my education, in nutrition as well as physiology.
My proficiency in English Literature enables me to foster a love for reading, storytelling, and language development in children. I can introduce them to a diverse range of books, encourage their imagination, and help expand their vocabulary and communication skills. Through engaging activities, I can ignite their curiosity and make learning a delightful experience.
My background in fine art brings an element of creativity and artistic expression to my caregiving approach. I can encourage children to explore their imagination, engage in various art forms, and develop their own unique sense of creativity. Whether it's painting, drawing, or engaging in hands-on craft projects, I love fostering self-expression and nurturing their artistic talents.
